This recipe will provide several servings of this cooling and circulation boosting smoothie.
- A good handful of cleavers
- One or two chopped stems of celery
- A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, grated
- 500ml apple juice
- Pick your cleavers and give them a wash.
- Put the celery, grated ginger, cleavers and apple juice into a blender.
- Blitz until smooth.
