Cleavers Smoothie

This recipe will provide several servings of this cooling and circulation boosting smoothie.


  • A good handful of cleavers
  • One or two chopped stems of celery
  • A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 500ml apple juice


  1. Pick your cleavers and give them a wash.
  2. Put the celery, grated ginger, cleavers and apple juice into a blender.
  3. Blitz until smooth.
