Kate Thomas is the founder of Orchard Kitchen, a seasonal catering company based at Humble by Nature and the dedicated caterer for weddings and events at Long Barn. She offers generous, personal menus tailored to each occasion and served to suit the style of the event. Using responsibly sourced ingredients from the farm and trusted local producers, Kate and her team also cater for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, retreats and off-site events across Monmouthshire, Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.

Silver Circle Distillery produces handmade crafts spirits using local ingredients, creating unique products synonymous with the Wye Valley. They’re proud to be part of a growing scene of craft spirits producers in Wales. 

Hannah and Zena at Haze are British flower farmers who grow and supply British blooms to professional florists, flower clubs, pubs, restaurants and the general public with their fabulous pick-your-own flower field.

Enjoy pizzas and delicious cocktails every Friday evening on the Farm, from 5pm–9pm (Bar closes at 10pm). Orchard Kitchen serves delicious freshly made artisan sourdough pizzas topped with local, seasonal ingredients. You’ll find proper meat options, thoughtful vegetarian and vegan choices, and the option for a gluten-free base too.

The Silver Circle cocktail menu — including their legendary Negronis and Bloody Marys — is always available, alongside local beer on tap and a selection of natural wines.
